Located in downtown Fort Lauderdale, the Katherine is the newest iteration of three time James Beard nominated chef Timon Balloo and his wife, Marissa Katherine. The Katherine is an intimate neighborhood spot with a menu inspired from their global travels over the last couple of decades along with their combined heritages. With a focus on seasonal ingredients and sustainability, the menu changes often. The Katherine’s beverage program focuses on natural and organic wines.
